We provide audio voice notes, messages and a community for people who want to be kinder to themselves. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. What Data We Collect

When you visit our website: Your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and time spent on pages. This is collected through cookies and analytics tools to help us understand how people use our site.

When you sign up for a freebie or email list: Your first name and email address. This is used to deliver the content you requested and to send you The Weekly Exhale newsletter and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

When you use our Telegram bots: Your Telegram username and user ID. This is collected to deliver your voice note experience. We do not have access to your phone number through Telegram.

When you purchase a product or subscription: Your name, email address and payment information. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

When you join The U Crew on Skool: Your name, email address and payment information as collected by Skool and Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

When you leave a comment or send us an email: The content of your message, your email address and any information you choose to share.

Cookies: We use cookies to remember your preferences and improve your experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Embedded content: Our site may include embedded content from other sites such as YouTube. These behave as if you visited that site directly and may collect your data under their own privacy policies.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to deliver the content, products and services you signed up for, send you updates and newsletters you opted into, improve your experience, respond to your messages, process payments and comply with legal obligations.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

  • Meta — advertising pixel for ad performance tracking

Each of these services has its own privacy practices and operates in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

Email subscribers: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Telegram bot subscribers: Until you unsubscribe from the bot or we remove inactive subscribers. Paid subscribers: For the duration of your subscription plus any period required for accounting or legal purposes. Website analytics: As per Google Analytics default settings. Emails and messages: Retained unless you request deletion.

Regardless of where you are in the world, you have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data, withdraw consent and file a complaint with your local data protection authority.

4. Products and Services

The U Crew offers a range of digital products and subscription services including audio voice note libraries, daily voice note delivery via Telegram, community membership and other digital products. Our current offerings and pricing are listed on our website at www.theucrew.com.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update our products, services and pricing at any time. Current pricing will always be displayed at the point of purchase.

5. Free Trials

Some of our services may be offered as a free trial for a limited period. Free trials require a Telegram account and are delivered via our Telegram bot. No payment is required to participate in a free trial. At the end of the trial period you may choose to subscribe to a paid product or take no further action.

6. Subscriptions, Cancellation and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until that period ends.

Due to the digital and instant-access nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds are provided for subscriptions or one-time digital product purchases after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created and delivered by The U Crew including voice notes, audio recordings, text messages, written copy, graphics and digital products is protected by copyright and remains the property of Sarah Kate / The U Crew.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and listen to the content for your own personal use. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, share or repurpose any content without written permission.

8. Telegram and Third-Party Platforms

The U Crew uses Telegram as a delivery platform. Telegram is a third-party service with its own terms and privacy policy. By using our Telegram bot or any Telegram delivery service, you also agree to Telegram's terms.

Our community is hosted on Skool, a third-party platform. By joining Skool you also agree to Skool's terms of service.

We are not responsible for the availability or security of any third-party platform.

9. Acceptable Use

By using our services you agree not to share, redistribute or resell any content, harass or harm other members, share other members' personal information, use our platforms for illegal activity or attempt to circumvent content protection measures.

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these terms without refund.
